In our efforts to fulfill our mission of delivering value, Blue Star Gas is pleased to offer our customers E-Access. With our safe and secure 24-hour online account access, you can pay your bills online anytime, anywhere. With E-Access, you can:

  • Get instant online access to your account information Log In to My Account
  • Track your account activity with detailed reports
  • Update essential account information
  • Make one-time payments or set up automatic payments

Login Instructions

Once you’ve proceeded to the login screen, enter your user ID and your password.

  • If you do not remember your user ID or password, please click on the Request link below the login button. You will be sent an email with your user ID to reset your password.
  • Please note that if you have not set up an online account, your local Blue Star Gas office must do this for you. Contact us today to get your account set up.
  • Upon logging in, you’ll see a list of all your invoices to date. To view an invoice and its details, click on the invoice number in the first column.
  • Click any of the links across the top of the page to view more account information.
  • For help, click the ‘Help’ link in the top right-hand corner of the page. You can also contact your local Blue Star Gas office or email your request to value@bluestargas.com.
