Retail Sales Associate (RSA)
The Retail Sales Associate is a key member of the team that supports our customers and our retail sales processes. They should be a passionate, customer-focused professional with outstanding people skills and the desire to help us grow our business through hard work, innovative thinking, and analyzing customer needs.
Route Delivery Driver
Our Route Delivery Drivers deliver propane on a scheduled route to our customers and at times perform light service work. They are one of the first points of contact with our customers and the face of our business. A route delivery driver should possess outstanding people skills and are a critical part of our growth strategy.
Our Service Technicians have extensive knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities in servicing most major commercial and residential appliances. They should be able to diagnose, repair, and install systems with the highest level of customer service.
The Sales Executive is responsible for growing our propane business primarily in the commercial, industrial, forklift, and resale sectors, with some additional opportunities in the residential sector. They serve customers by providing product information and helping resolve any service issues. They also assist potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Dock salespeople are responsible for pumping propane gas, refurbishing tanks, and inspecting/ re-certifying propane containers. Additionally, they are responsible for assisting customers by answering products and services. They must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively multi-task.
Division Managers handle a wide range of duties pertaining to the day-to-day functions of their office. They hire, supervise, and collaborate with transitions and onboarding team members as needed. They work with the sales team to help set and meet business goals and maintain professional relationships with customers. Division managers must also stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
